We will explore breath and movement during this gentle chair yoga class. This class is a chance to cultivate calm in the mind and ease in the body - and connect and play with our Bay Ridge Center community online! Come prepared with a folding chair (or other firm seated chair) placed on a nonslip surface like a yoga mat. We will build a lovely space in our hearts, minds, and homes for the multifaceted practice of yoga.
In this class we will work on breathing exercises plus yoga poses to get the body moving and feeling good.

This is a chance to explore how yoga is a practice in meditation. During these 30 minutes we will practice seated yoga poses and end with a guided deep relaxation.
